Why I said yes
I gave it a go on a whim.
This business found me through something I already loved — travel. I wasn’t looking for a new career or planning to build a business. I simply thought, “Let’s just give it a go.” If nothing else, I could learn how to travel smarter and save on my own holidays.
But very quickly, I realised this wasn’t just about booking holidays. It was about additional income, confidence, community and creating more options for my future — all alongside the career and life I already had.
What started with my love of travel became something I never knew I needed.
The meaning behind MTC
Motivated To Change.
For me, being motivated to change doesn’t mean hating the life or career you already have. I’m proud of everything I’ve achieved in my corporate career. But I’ve realised I don’t want it to be my only option for the rest of my life.
My goal is to build something that gives me more freedom, more time with my daughter and the choice to step away from corporate life when I’m ready — not because I have to, but because I’ve created another way.
Now, I want to help other people do the same. People who know they want more but perhaps don’t know what that looks like yet. People who want to create additional income, rediscover their confidence and start building more options for their future.
Because sometimes you don’t need to change your whole life overnight. You just need to be motivated enough to take the first step.
